Hello fellow ls owners, looking for some advice. I just purchased a 98 ls400 in great shape with 133k and a brand new battery. The car is my daily but will eventually be a project.

I have had the car for about three months now and it has been great.

This morning I went to start the car and the battery was completely dead

• i jumped the battery
  • the steering wheel moved into place and i thought I was good to go.
  • I turned the key to start the car and everything went dead
    • no power locks nothing
    • no attempt to turn over just completely dead (no clicking etc. everything electrical went out the moment i turned the key to the on position)

I have read a lot of threads regarding starter issues but have not found anything similar to my situation. I am super busy at the moment and don't have time to trouble shoot the hell out of this and don't want to get it towed and ripped off by a shop. I was hoping someone had a similar situation and could point me in the direction to a solution. I love the car; style, ride, everything, but I also bought it because I heard they were bulletproof minus some issues with the starter....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
