If anyone's looking.
I got mine in Dec "17" But I still look around. I Found this one in Florida. 49K on the clock.I think if the wheels were cleaned and polished it would look new.
If I didn't have mine already I would consider flying from NC.

When I was looking for a 98-2000, I reasoned that this car is often a retirees reward to themselves, that's the ones I looked-waited for. I think sometimes as time goes by, they just do not drive them, but they sure look good in the garage. As time passes if these cars are not given or sold to a relative, or heaven forbid a lead foot 17 year old who lacks appreciation & abuses it (not saying all 17 Y.O. would.) . Someone will sell or trade it in. In fact mine almost went to the son, of the in law who sold me mine. But the father told me his kid was not responsible enough. Smart guy.

pretty sure its gone cause i cant see it. i know well preserved examples still exist, but numbers are dropping. still somewhat easy to find a nice 98-00 so now is the time to get one for sure. nice 95-97s are getting very hard to find and have been for awhile. nice UCF10s are very very hard to find and the early ones are pretty much extinct. they DO exist tho. theres an older man about 90 years old, that has an original 90 black/grey fully loaded with chrome turbine wheels, phone in the console, nak stereo, air suspension, i mean everything. car only has 46k on it. i drove it once around the parking lot when it came in for service and.... it was like a brand new car still. everything was tight, and clean, like new. smelled like a leather jacket. paint doesnt have as much as a swirl mark. absolutley immaculate with a mirror finish. its a total fantasy dream car.
i talked to him several times. tried to buy it from him multiple times. he said he is keeping it till he dies. one of those "last car i will ever buy" stories. he made good on it. he was in his 60s when he got it. and he never thought it would have lasted as long as it has either! i just hope that when he does go, which wont be too much longer, that it goes to the right owner that will keep it preserved and nice, and not to the 17 year old grandson that will destroy it. it is truly a gem.

Seems to be a lot of lower mileage ls430s posted in the DFW craigslist lately... might want to look there. Quite a few around 100k miles or less.
Absolutely no affiliation....
Ooops... posted in the 400 section... my bad.
