Oil Fiter- AC Filter- Engine Filter-17801-50010-83. and you'll need 90430-12031 for the drain plug gasket.

if you buy your own oil filter, get it from toyota parts, its like 40% cheaper

I bought the drain plug gaskets from Amazon despite the warning and they were genuine and fit fine. Not sure about the oil filters.

They have a lot of things actually.Got a good price on the tranny fluid there.

Toyota/Lexus will have superseded the part#'s. The old ones should still turn in relevant results, the reference for the old part #'s may not show availability from some suppliers.
