Default Starting problems on 1997, won't stay cranked

Starting problems... seems like a fuel issue maybe? It started and idled at around 200-300 RPM for a couple seconds then died. Had to jump start it earlier in the day, but the battery seemed to have plenty of juice. Any ideas? I've been told to check/change the Coolant Temp Sensor, check the fuel pump, spark pack, and the alternator. Looking for some things to try when I have some time off this afternoon.
Youtube link of trying to start it.

I'd measure the output voltage of the MAF first.
