My sunroof only closes about 98%... It just won't close fully.... Anybody got any suggestions ?
Does anybody know how to take the sunroof out ?.... Is it a major job ?

try lubricating the rubber seals, there is a chance that its binding up.

I ran into this issue with my rear windows not rolling down since its winter here in Michigan. I think the cold mixed in with the salt has affected it. Even though I wash my car every week, I haven't rolled my rear windows down in months and they most likely stuck to the rubber seal. I fixed this by spraying some silicone lubricant on the seals and the portion of the window that closes against it to prevent them from sticking again and conditioning the seal a bit.

Sunroof is a major job. Basically all the seats musty come out. The motor is right under the rear view mirror. Maybe it has to be initialized again.

I fixed it !... I just hit it with a compressed air blower... blew out all the nooks & crannies and walla !!!!! So must have had a bit of crap in there somewhere... so good for another 500,000km...
*** Now running on 0W-20 full syn... and yes, slightly better fuel economy...
