my car is LS400 1998

This noise only come when I accelerate
only while driving

I also, put the gear in 3 and accelerate at 3000 rpm and the noise come at exaclty 3000 rpm and sometimes before and it stays there until I accelerate more.

please don't comment about the fuel needle 😊
