Please can somebody help me the correct OEM parts to replace ADUS 505 Bushing. i need to change my Ls400 Rear Carrier Arm Bushing. kindly check the image i have attached.

Not sure what you're asking and also don't know which year you're asking about, but here's the bushings thread that helped me a while back when I was researching the bushing IDs for my own car. Of particular help is fencera's post detailing the specific P/Ns. Hope this helps!
