Default Check Engine Light and Traction Light Blinking

I just replaced all spark plugs, wires and both coils on my 1996 LS400. Started the car up and let it warm up to operating temperature. After about 5 Minutes running the engine, the Traction and Check Engine Light started blinking. I Shut the car off and started it back up and now the CEL Is just illuminated solid, and then after running it for a minute the traction light starts blinking again.

Has Anyone ever had this issue before? Is there a way to diagnose this without the use of a scan tool?

Thanks Guys!

I think i figured out the problem. One of the new Spark Plug wires wasn't seated in the clips properly and when i screwed in the cover it took a chunk of the rubber insulator from the wire. I pulled the plug and it was wet and black, pulled another one and it was clean. Replaced the wire with the old one, reset the computer and its now running how it should. Glad it wasn't something more serious
