Default 91 celsior flasher replacement

So I try not to post " help me " posts here but I searched as much as I could online and on here and couldn't find anything to help me.

I recently did the LED bulb conversion on my celsior and now the blinkers go super fast . And I bought an adjustable flasher relay but can't for the life of me get the old one out to replace it. I tried everything.

It looks like you might have to drop the fuse box entirely but I don't want to go ****ing around in there when I don't know what to unbolt.

Any help would be much appreciated!

If you do just remember to disconnect the battery, its okay to change lights and o2 sensors with out disconnecting the battery but for every thing else do it.
