Reversed battery cables on install-Need Help

My husband was not aware that the battery post on my 1997 Lexus ls400 were opposite. We ended putting a new battery in a killing it, the car lights flashed , the alarm went off, and all of the interior lights stopped working including dash board and seats stopped working. The car was starting now its not . The fuel pump is not working either, could that be because of fuses or what. I don't have a fuse box diagram for under the driver side, I am confused and first time ever owning a Lexus. So please help.
