Default looking for S400 Lemons car advice

I am building a 1992 LS400 for 24 hours of Lemons. Looking for any advice or suggestions for making the car work. I have already stripped the interior out. Starting the cage this weekend. I am specifically looking for info on brake, suspension, and wheel choices, but all advice is welcome. Also looking for advice about removing the A/C and power steering from the engine and how to run the serpentine belt after it is removed. Will I need to change the steering rack since I want to remove the pump. Should I leave the power steering in? Thanks in advance.
