Default Sagging Headliner

What is the best way of making repair on this sagging headliner (see attached pic)? I though of using paper cement to secure this liner back on but wasn’t sure if this will make things worse. Anyone had success with other method?

Default 3M Brand Headliner Adhesive Spray

I bought the spray adhesive and it fixed one problem but I am left with another..... The adhesive leaves a white residue that does not come off.....

Most always the adhesive is put on the backing portion and then drys, when dry you press on the cloth. Of if it is needed on both a simple small dusting should do. So now see an upholstery shop and see if they have any ideas to fix it.
