The transmission oil to radiator heat exchanger lines utilize elastomeric isolation cushions at clamp areas depicted in attached photographs and Lexus exploded parts diagram.

Require quantity four of Lexus P.N. 32926-30020

Those in the 1999 LS400 were rock hard and so brittle as to disintegrate.

Simply unbolt clamps and the old cushions will easily slip off or crumble away.

Slip on new cushions and apply clamps, being mindful of indexing of cushion slit in relation to the clamp bracket.
