Transmission oil LS400
I have 98 LS400, after how many miles transmission oil needs to be replaced? Do i need to replace gear oil filter aswell on the oil change or there is some other miles for replacing the filter?

There's no mention of a service interval for filter replacement. I had a Lexus parts department tell me that they don't even keep the filter in stock when I asked about buying one. He said the service department just hooks up the machine and does a fluid exchange. If you want to replace the filter (it's actually just a fine screen) I would do it every other drain and refill.
If you don't know if fluid maintenance has been kept up, you can do several drain and refills with a short interval in between (dilution method). Eventually, you'll end up with mostly fresh fluid but it'll take a while. Assuming 8.9 quarts total capacity and 2 quarts every drain and refill (I can get 3 quarts out if I let it sit for a while) it'll take around 7 drain and refills to get 80% "fresh" fluid.
If you don't care to be crawling under the car every month for the rest of the year, I think it would be money and time well spent to just have a fluid exchange done with the proper fluid and then just follow the maintenance schedule.

And be careful there is no gear oil in an automatic transmission. Special Toyota fluid only. Unless you want to do a costly experiment and re engineer what the Lexus engineers already did.

My 1991 ls400 has 325,000 miles I change the oil at 30k pumping it out thru a trans cooler, I drop the pan every 60 ,000 to check for metal and dirt in the pan. I use mobile one and Max Life synthetic trans fluid so far no problems you can also use the Toyota type 4 but changing the trans fluid and power steering fluid makes all the difference in the world. You can also drain the trans thru the drain on the bottom of the trans pan I got 529,000 on a 86 Toyota Cressida trans and PS and motor by just changing the oil. Type 4 or synthetic will go the same distance if you change the oil the reason for the trans cooler it will help the trans to last longer.
