Question Tornado Fuel Savor?

A friend of mine purchased a Tornado Fuel Savor devise for his LS . It cost $70.00 and its a sinch to install in the air intake baffel just after the air filter.. He now claims 2 more mpg and smoother, quieter power,

Anyone with the same experience? Do these things really work?

Plenty of discussions on this subject (this list is just a few of them). General consensus is that it's BS.

Did it several test on dyno with our musclecars, and it did not do nothing.
Waist of money.

I can't work because Lexus has their intake/exhaust systems engineered with a natural Bernouli as do almost all automakers (terrible spelling) so the air is already spinning. Have you ever seen moving air not rotate in some way?
