Default power window switch lights

Tried the search feature but had no luck.

1998 Ls400

at night the lights on my drivers door controls for the lock/unlock and windows is very dim. any idea whats causing this. Is it possible to replace bulbs inside?

Mines are dim but I never pay them any mind. Is there a bulb in there?

Push the window lock-out switch and all the window switch lights turn off except for the driver's window switch.

LEDs are used for the light source. You can increase the brightness changing the series SMD register to a smaller resistance one if you are comfortable doing the SMD soldering job.

Thanks. But im not comfortable soldering. Sounds like there is a light source inside. But not something that is easily replaceable.
