Default Steering Linkage Question

I have to replace my outer tie rods. Would it be advisable to do the inner ones as well? (Car has 250k miles). Also, just to confirm, there's no center link correct? Looking at the diagrams, the rack is basically the center link?

Check the inner tie rods for play. If there is no play, then they don't need to be changed. There are several videos on youtube on how to check them.
