What is your gas tank range km/MPG currently? How does the car respond when you get on the gas pedal? For dirty fuels some cleaners may be beneficial. You can get an idea how clean running the engine is by pulling several plugs and examining them for deposits. If the plugs are clean, an injector cleaner is unlikely to have much benefit.

The tank avg is 16.8 MPG. Total miles done 3250542. No problems seems faced while on the gas pedal. Got the spark plugs changed 8 months ago.
