Default Where the picture?

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...ndition-2.html

At the very beginning its a cat?

Now isn't this a good reason to have photos on the same server as the site is on?
This is as bad or worse than posting a craigslist or ebay ad to have it disappear after the sale.

Photo bucket and any other picture posting site is a joke. In the old days the pics were uploaded to the site you were on. And with terabytes of storage dirt cheap there is no reason not to.

This is why we encourage using the manage attachments through CL. Linked photos to these photo sharing sites has not proven to be long term as users close their accounts or delete pics due to account limitations. When the moderator teams organize the FAQ's we have to deal with the broken pic links and this leaves the moderator team

In the past I used my own domain to host pics and the amount has become quite a bit to manage. Because those pics are at other sites that is something I could not have imagined in terms of the time span on some forums. Some forums don't allow outside hot links so in that instance I still have to host the pics. (Those forums are ancient in terms of photo usage but that is their policy.)

IB is very generous so we encourage any DIY tutorials or image sharing to be UL'd into the Club Lexus servers for long term availability.
