1998 LS400 Turn Signal Lights Ejecting Themselves
Easy solution, don't drive at that speed and the light won't come out. 
I'm lucky to find a stretch of road that can reach 70MPH in my commutes. 
Most the time it is at 30-50MPH of course being stuck behind a Prius in the #1 or car pool lane.
