I am in the process of buying replacement oem rims for my ls 400 and want to install new valve stems. Are all valve stems universal or is a specific size needed? I am putting on the 7 spoke wheels that came on the 2000 platinum edition, they were the standard wheels on the 2001 LS 430 as well if I'm not mistaken. Thanks!

 

I believe they are universal.

 

tire shop that is mounting the tires should have the appropriate valve stems to work with those wheels. and yes they are universal.
