Default Dome Light Removal - 2000 LS 400

Did a lot of reading... but still can't find it.

How exactly do I remove the front dome light from the front top of car (headliner). I'm looking to get the entire unit out, not just the cover that allows me to change the bulbs.

Thanks!

Can't thank you enough. Some other posts said just pull hard, but that must have been for pre-1998 models :-) Glad I waited!
