1996 LS400 lower latch on console has no snap
Won't stay shut and stay closed. Drives me crazy. Center console has a split upper and lower area for storage. Has anyone replaced the lower latch of the center console? I've done it on a 2000 Avalon , but I don't see any screws to untighten. Weird. Any one ???? Thanks in advance.
