Default took throttle body apart, cant figure how to put it back together

mine doesnt have traction control ( only one throttle plate)

took it apart to clean and paint everything, and now i cant figure out how to put it back togther.....i have the factory lexus repair manual...and its not in there ( i guess they figure theres no reason to take it apart...)

what i am most stuck on is internal springs ( 2 of them) for the throttle plate.....ive tried and tried, but it seems like they have to be wound back precisely!

I can't find any info on your issue and to be honest this is the first time I've heard about anyone taking one apart.
