my float is sunk so last year the car showed low washer fluid. unplugged the sensor. yes that worked for a year. the default position is an open circuit.
well...now..the car reminded me on my half hour drive to work...28 times. one it beeped at me 4 times in one minute. the sensor is disconnected. and why/how is it beeping at me so many times tha ti have low washer fluid?!

Did you tape up the plug after you disconnected it? If not some road crap may be getting into it and occasionally closing hte circuit.
