I've had the same problems as you have had before, the windshield fluid is due to a sensor, and with the brake wear light its due to a brake sensor on the passenger side front wheel. once those are changed then you'll be good to go.

Do you really need the windshield fluid sensor? Just unplug the sensor from the bottom of the windshield fluid bottle and your problem will be solved.

Either the sensor is faulty or not working like it should. I would first check the connections for the washer pump, and then try and wiggle a stick (or coat hanger) in there... sometimes the sensor gets off alignment... and just needs to be pushed back into place.... if all doesn't work.. then unplug the sensor.

I THINK its an open circuit type system, so only if its touching, the warning's comes on... you might be fine by unplugging the sensor. Im working off memory here, and I might be mixing up between my older car with the LS.

Default Low Washer Fluid

I had the same problem last summer. I bent the black plastic cover in front of the wheelwell on the driver side to reach the wire that goes to the bottom of the tank, I wiggled it without any luck and just unplugged it and the message in the dash weas gone. I know approx. how much washer fluid I have and it is not an inconvenience for me to have the thing unplugged. I have a `99 LS.
