SOLVED!!!

I pulled the banjo bolt out of the end of the radiator... and holy dumb *** people batman... The two copper washers, were at the head of the bolt. No washer between the banjo and the radiator...... And they filled the bolt with RTV.... I had to scrape it all out, and refitted with the washers in proper place, filled, and drove home at 65 with the A/C on full blast. Boo yah! I love cheap repairs.... New copper washers will be in at the Dealer on Tuesday! I will be getting a new bolt as well..

The banjo bolt is going to be from the coolant overflow bottle hose where it connects to the top of the radiator.
