What Eprom chip does a 93/94 ls400 use?

Hi, Im new here & Im not sure if anyone knows this or has an ecu laying around that they could look at real quick, but what Eprom chip is used in the 93/94 LS400 ECU's?

It is in the processor chip. There is no independent one.
