Default 94 ls400 overheating issues

My LS was running fine for awhile just started driving after I've fixed everything on it and got it running did great for about 200miles then started having an overheating issue. From cold start car takes about 10mins to get to normal temp then about another 10mins before it starts to rise. Heater also blows cold.

Here's what I've done so far:
Replaced thermostat (this didn't help continues to overheat)
Ran car without thermostat
Checked heater control valve (functions properly)
Ran head gasket test (passed)

Still haven't messed with heater core. It does have a radiator from the junkyard but I ran a hose through it for about 15 mins and checked for leaks before I installed it.
Need help please this is supposed to be my daily

Oh also timing belt was replaced at 95,251miles and there's now 142,232miles. Most of the time the timing belt is done with a water pump as well. Mine isn't leaking or making noise so Im not sure if it would be that.

Are you losing coolant? If not I would try bleedind the cooling system again. Also check that your fans are cycling like they should.

Shouldn't be any air in the system, it also doesn't leak coolant. I'm kinda stuck in a parking lot at the moment so I can't flush it out yet.

You'd better also to check the temperature sensor attached to the radiator. I believe that you properly connected the cable to it when you installed the radiator. The most simple way to confirm the cooling fan to work is to make a short circit at 2 pins of the sensor cable. Does the fan spin doing this?
It the fan spins, it simpley means that the sensor is bad or the connection is not good.
