Default Kissing Someone Behind

Hey Gang,

Just to let you know that I (P1) rear-ended someone yesterday at around 3 pm. Party # 2 (P2) was trying to make a right turn into a very small road, but there was a SVU (yes it was a MDX) coming out from that small road. Therefore, the car infront of me madea completely stop to let the SUV come out first.

Anyway, for "ONE SECOND" I looked down for something, when I look up. I hit my brake at full force, but due to the distance I was unable to stop in time. The impact occur just 30 feet from the intersection. Just to let you know I was not speeding, I just lost focus for a split second.

Damage? My Lexus Flagship bumper is pushed in and right turn light is broken, but the smaller Honda Accord read truck and bumper surfer moderate to severe damage. None of the parties were injury.
