Default opinion on new (used) 1996 LS400

I wanted to get opinions on my recent purchase. 1996 LS400 with 81K for $4700 Was obviously extremely cautious because of the low mileage but when I checked VIN on Lexus maintenance site I saw that from 1996-2008 it was taken in every 5K miles or about once a year, original owner averaged 5K a year until 2008. Timing never got replaced so had that done with water pump, strut rods, and power steering so have more than $4700 in it now. Drives great except the brake booster I assume needs replaced sometimes goes all the way to floor. I've used the forum to look things up and wanted to see how the experts think I did. Seats are in great shape except for driver side, apparently in the original garage there was a reflection off of something. Would like to get that replaced one day.

Look forward to the forum!

Welcome and congrats. Good to see you're catching up on the maintenance.
Not a bad buy.

Yeah but the extra in deferred maintenance put me over 6k, not sure if you had to put much extra into yours.

I've read about the reliability and look forward to hopefully many years of driving it.

It's worth whatever your willing to pay. Maybe a little on the high side but I think you got a great deal. Very reliable cars and serenely smooth on the roads.
