Do you know what is controlling those shift solenoids?
You'd better to replace those capacitors ASAP otherwise you would need to buy a good ECU which can be purchased very seldom except a totally new expensive one.

Well that means the bulb is either bad in it or as been taken out which I'm pretty sure thats the case. So theres no way I can get the codes read without replacing the bulb or finding a obd1 reader correct?

I will advise you more when you measure and report the ripple level.

Merged the other thread, let's keep one thread to resolve your car's issues.

So I finally took the ECU out and everything looked really good on it too me but I dropped it off to my buddy to solder the new capacitors on... If this doesn't work anybody have any other ideas what could be wrong with it ?

Why don't you check your fuel filter maybe it's clogged or you could take it to a shop and let them hook it up to a diagnostic machine to monitor the live feed.

p0715 - input turbine speed sensor circuit malfunction
p0336 - crankshaft position sensor range/performance

when was the last time the car had a timing belt service? i hope you didn't have a timing belt skip a tooth, or worse yet, break. you should definitely have a check engine light lit for those!

where did you get your capacitors? the ECU is VERY sensitive to the type of electrolytic capacitors used so i hope you used the exact ones listed in the ECU thread.

Timing belt was done back in 07 by the dealer.. Got the Caps from ahi key... The previous owner either took out the bulb or the bulb is blown. I notice it not coming on once I turn the key over (not starting the car) and the light not showing up. So i finally took it in and had them put a scanner on it and those were the codes that came up.. Its weird because when I took it up there it was running perfect for for about 4-5 blocks then it started running weird (poor acceleration) but then sometimes seems like it clears itself out and picks up again...

Well those codes are most likely the reason for all your problems. Can't you replace the check engine bulb? What year is your LS?
