92 ls400 steering wheel adapter?? For my custom wheel

I to put this custom steering wheel in my car but having a hard time finding a adapter for it,heres a pic of the bolt holes hope you guys can help,thanks much

without a make the picture is useless. Could be 6-bolt sparco or 6-bolt nardi pattern.
