1 st issue (of course) the Nakamichi sound system wont work
diag it was the AMP its the 50110 model and im having a devil of a time finding one that is not $$$$ big money $$$$ , but the search continues ..
oh and the DASH , and the air temp gauge & clock
as soon as I have more time ill post pics and look more on the site
by the way this is my first LEXUS, anything I might need to plan for? that yall might know of ?
im looking at salvage yards for parts , but that's 2 hours away so will nnot be heading there till this weekend..
advice is welcomed , as to what parts will interchange on the 93 IE: wheels & interior, Etc.

things to plan on likely repairing:
strut bar bushings
upper control arms
lower ball joints
cigarette lighter fuse link
transmission mount (easy and cheap)
ECU capacitors
lower EGR pipe
motor mounts
caps, rotors, plug wires, plugs
brake pads
timing belt
engine coolant temperature sensor
tires
thermostat
wire break in drivers side trunk hinge
tie rod ends
rack bushings
I would not go aftermarket on any of this stuff except plugs and wires from NGK or Denso are fine, otherwise find the real dealership part online for 25% off, stay away from Autozone, etc.
the ones in bold I would do now

Weren't the struts bars more of an issue in the later models? I was under the impression the design was changed for either the 95+ or the 98+ that caused in issue with them wearing out. I would be more skeptical of the ball joints needing to be replaced 1st.
With the lower ball joints you can save a little cash and order Raybestos. They are very good and can be re-greased.

I was kiddin around with the selling it statement..
most all of that was donr at the dealer in Fayetteville, ark
only pressing things are the gauges , amp , windscreen , and a high idle about 11-1200
some say the idle is due to a dirty MAS in the intake,
I do need a acc drive belt soon,
and the Missouri dealer says the steering rack needs a clamp , figure I can get one at the salvage yard and put it on myself.
