Did all 1uz have a egr temp sensor? My production date is 1/93 so could it have 92 parts on it since its the beginning of the year? I know domestic cars switch things up mid year or use previous year parts until they run out. Idk if toyota does the same

he is asking about the EGR gas temp sensor, and yes, your 93 is supposed to have one!! (regardless of production date)

 

Well thanks to everyone mainly lscowboy got the nox down new emission test results are
Hydrocarbon at 3.18 passing is. 80 FAIL
carbon monoxide at 4.90 passing is 15.00 PASS
Nox at 1.87 passing is 2.50 PASS

No cel anymore and from my understanding high hydrocarbon is unburnt fuel so ill try basic tune up parts however car runs fine and I do not feel any misfire

 

Maybe throw a coolant temp sensor in as well. Who makes the toyota one? Denso?
