could be many things but i would start with the alignment first. make sure your lugnuts are tight as well as all the bolts you touched during the rack change.

Yes like Timmy stated it could be many things, I had a continuous squeak aswell that I didn't know what was, first I lifted the car to see if wheel was rubbing on anything, and nothing. Then checked the discs for signs of warpage and scratching of surface and nothing, then I went ahead and lifted the car one more time and put it on drive and saw the rear wheel was wobbling a bit, sure enough the squeak coming from my wheel was actually from the wheel bearing since slamming the car. Could be your issue but do all the checks I did and Im sure youll find your issue. Good luck!!! Hopefully its not your wheel bearing, if it is, I suggest you might aswell replace those as the other one will also get shot too and last thing youll want is losing a wheel on the hwy at 80mph. Trust me its happened to me, not the business.

If you replaced the whole rack, or even just unbolted the old one, you really NEED to get an alignment done! I did suspension/steering work on my brothers car once, and it did a similar thing. He chose not to get it aligned and within a few days he had burned both of the front tires down the the threads.
