Maybe it's because you did not mark this bolt.

I had my Japanese mechanic do it. No one thought it would affect the alignment but the Lexus dealer did say it required an alignment with their jacked up quote . I guess they did not mark it but it needed it slightly. She was drifting to the right after the pan was resealed.
