Just bought one from ebay... some simple searching will find what you need! Heres everything for $30 including shipping, complete and in great condition. I dont think its gonna get much better than that unless you find it in the junkyard... which is extremely rare!

this is what he is looking for, but pretty pricey, you can sit back and wait for one to show up on ebay for around $50, and in the meantime just download the pages you need using a $15 2-day membership to the factory Toyota Information System

It sucks in the fact that Toyota Publications themselves no longer sell the books.... so why they exist.. i dont even know. I have bought MANY books from them over the years, and when i went to order my LS400 books, they directed me to some third party website that supposedly takes all their orders now. Only problem was they didn;t have any in stock, and didn't expect anything anytime soon...
I ended up scoring them on Ebay for about $200
