Default Lexus ls 400 help ('93)

ok guys i need some help... i have a 1993 lexus ls 400 i need some help on a few things i need the rubber hose that is on the airflow system, and i need a fender are there any decent online shops that i can buy this stuff from? Also, does anyone know where to run a 12v wire for a stereo on this model i cant find a hole or plug in the firewall so my wire is running beside the motor underneath the car and up through a plug under the driver seat... 0.0 it looks terrible i know this is the wrong forum for audio but i had quite a few questions also do you guys know a trusted place that is can send my instrument cluster to to get repaired ?

Cluster repair through BBAREMAN.com for $80.00 with lifetime warranty.
They took care of all of my 93 LS issues in extremely short order, with a lifetime warranty.
As for your other issues, I am confused as to your wording.
