Default Is this '92 LS400 a good buy?

Greetings LS400 forum! I'm on the verge of picking up a first-gen LS400, and I found this beauty on Craigslist:

http://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/cto/3527089597.html

Only problem is that she's got an awful lot of miles, but she seems to be well maintained. What are you guys' thoughts?

EDIT: pictures are distorted in the listing, at least on my end. Right click and open in a new tab to see them in the proper aspect ratio (if you're using Chrome)

It's not so bad of a deal but I'm picky.
I got my ucf10(90') for 2500$ with 120k fully loaded a little less than a year ago.
I would drive it and check it thoroughly. If you drive it and everything feels and looks good I don't see a reason not to get it. You can always take the vin listed in the ad and check the Lexus website to check the maintenance history. I would probably offer 1800$ and work up to 2k if I felt it was worth it.

That seems like a lot of miles... I think you could do better if you waited on one...maybe even a bit newer... I would offer $1500 but no more than that.. if it was me...

Thanks for the input guys. I won't have the money for a while, so I might wait around and see if I can hunt down a deal like j2b4o found. I know these cars are basically bulletproof if maintained well, but I'd rather have 200k than 100k miles left in the car.

this car's owner has replaced all parts with OEM which is a good sign. also putting michelin's on an old car almost always means the owner cares enough to spend money on it (or shops are costco haha). the owner listed all these factors so the price is almost justified. i say almost b/c the timing belt is unknown or could be known by the records. 240k is a lot of miles for the money, find a better one! good luck.
