you left something on (like a map light), or else you have a drain somewhere

sometimes they are easy to find, and sometimes they are a tough mystery to crack, but you can always find them

a good place to start looking is any aftermarket electrical stuff on the car (alarm system, remote start, fancy aftermarket sound system, etc.)

99.9% of the time, the drain isn't in anything that is Lexus factory virginal - these were the most reliable cars ever put on the road, and electrical problems on them are basically non-existent

so from my experience, drains seem to always come from where Beavis & Butthead decided to install a "cool security system" or "improve the amp and subs" or install HID lighting, etc.

ALSO BE AWARE:

the problem could be your alternator, leaking power steering fluid is a real problem on the LS400 and it will kill your alternator which will kill your battery.

check your PS fluid level and look for red fluid spots on the ground, and also throw a voltmeter across the battery terminals while the car is running at idle and see if you get 13.3V or more

Could also have a bad cable connection.

There should be a remote locking/unlocking on/off switch below the mirror position control panel, Lexus recommend switching this to off if the car is to be left some time to conserve battery power.
It means you will have to lock the car with the key and the same when you return.
