Default Low car ceiling

I'm sorry if i don't use the correct term, English is not my first language

They ceiling of the car for the rear passenger has come a little lower. It's quite annoying when it touches your head and hair, but how can i make this tight again? I've looked at it but my guess is it's quite some work to get it off?

head liner. Generally I would take it out of the car.. then peel it back and apply 3m adhesive spray glue and stretch it apply.. i would start in the cente of the head liner.. then go to the left or right of that position then to the last side. So in the end it gets stretched in 3 directions. Hope that will guide you in the right direction.

I've seen this happen on a few 1LS's over the years. You can try the adhesive approach first since this will be the least costly DIY job. OTOH, when they come down, some don't want to stick again even with the industrial strength adhesives. May be quicker and nicer to have an upholstery shop re-do the headliner.
