is it anything like other toyotas?

can i change out the fenders, hood, bumper and lights......bolt on?

just wondering mainly because i love the 95-97 bumper, compared to the 90-94, but i dont wanna lose my baller foglights, lol.

any example pics?

not feeling any of the body kits available out there, not affordable ones anyway. im digging the wald ground effects style kit, but im not feeling the price tag. so the next best thing is clean oem.

also, bounce some stuff off of me......what else out there has a front end as large as the ls400, ie:lip candidates. when i was in the corolla game, on the ae100 side of things, (93-97) you could do things like cut the bottom ofa camry bumper off, shorten it up and it looked decent for a lip. you could also use a gc8 impreza lip on an oem corolla bumper, and it too looked decent. ive also seen volvo and s10 blazer lips on cressida's that looked like they belonged there.

example.....

stock corolla

stock camry

mix them and get

wrx lip

on a corolla(yours truly, circa 2006)

passat oem lip

on a corolla (yours truly, 2010)

Anything is possible if you are willing to do some fab work. As for direct bolt up, no. You can always experiment.

will NOT ddirectly bolt on, dimensions are quite different. 95-97 and 98-00 front ends (complete with hood, fenders, bumpers, lights, and more) are interchangeable, but not with 1st gen cars.

search, conversions have been discussed before.

Some of the current gen of cars may be contenders. Accord, Camry, Genesis... Building a Franken car will draw more but if that suits the desire to experiment.

I find the integration between different models/years of Lexus to be interesting. Not my desire but props for those who execute them well. There have been a few cars posted up over the years and the exercise is $$.

i believe the core support is different (but not too different), btwn UCF10 and 20. nothing is bolt on that i can see, outside of custom fitment.

however, as for the lip, i do have a few candidates lined up......

96 infinity q45 lower bumper section....looks to have the same general shape, and width needed. id just use from right above the fog lights, all the way across.

also considered the lower part of a 98 lincoln town car....

then theres the 94 acura legend LS coupe. you can pretty much see the natural body line id cut across......

right now, im in favor of the legend, just looking for an LS in pull-a-part to snag the bumper off of, to try it out.
