Hi
Whats up my Lexus family. I have been lurking this site for a while an it has been Very useful I love this site. Long story short I have a 1990 Ls 400 that was given the me by co-worker an in despite need of some tlc.Car was overheating new radiator, fan clutch,radiator cap,water inlet etc. Waiting to get if back from the mechanic can't wait.

Poopy, that the shop is throwing on a bunch of parts on a bunch of parts to settle something they cannot correctly diagnose. Make sure you ask to see the parts and why the parts failed.
Yes, my shop does do this, and it is to the most extreme importance that the customers know what they are paying for and why. Too many shops take advantage of people.
Your feedback will be stellar, suprising the water pump and timing belt were included in the job.
I dont mean to sound negative, but it seems they are just throwing parts at the car hoping to get it right.
