? about parts
new to the forum...where do you guys get your parts?
i own mbz 560 sec and i've learned OEM is the only way....at least for this car. i'm assuming its the same for the lexus. dealer parts, right? i do most all of my own work so i don't mind paying the extra. i've been well trained with my SEC on buying original parts. with my mbz i've used the dealer and a place in arizona, called autohausz.
has anyone use them for lexus parts?
thanks for the help

I generally use a couple well known OEM suppliers, occasionally with rockauto/amazon parts from brand name aftermarkets.
generally my OEM parts come from www.l-tunedparts.com or westminster lexus. both are in southern california, and both are sponsors on this forum.

Carson Toyota/L-Tuned is a good shop, shipping on some items may be a wash. I typically pick them up since they are close by. For small stuff where a few $ isn't a big deal or I need it ASAP, I go to the local Lexus dealer. For fluids like the Type-IV tranny and coolant your local Toyota dealer will have good prices.
