Has anyone had experience with performance chips for LS400 cars?
The one I am considering is by G Force. Supposedly 60 HP boost and better gas mileage.

Cost -- about $70

Any thoughts on that anybody?

 

garbage..do not buy that chip!

 

All those types of "performance" chips are garbage as mentioned above. There is zero HP gained and you will actually loose MPG. All they do is trick the throttle body to open more. Same effect is achieved by pushing the gas pedal down harder. This is why none of them will ever show you a dyno proving their claims.

If you want more HP then an intake, headers, and exhaust system is your best bet.
