I"m getting ready to do a tune up on my car. Its a 94 ls400. Is there anything else i should change or clean out while i'm doing this? So far i'm going to replace spark plugs, ignition wire-set, fuel filter, and air filter.

I will most likely be cleaning out the throttle body and check to see if i have an egr leak or not.

I also have another weird problem. My dash lights keep dimming and i don't know why my break light would come on and off. Anybody know how i should diagnose this?

The instrument cluster may be related to the trunk wiring harness or the infamous cluster issues.
