Have any of your figured out how to eliminate that jerk we get when we are just doing a normal in-town acceleration from a dead stop? I sometimes get used to it for a while, and then it really starts to irritate me.

I notice when I run in the snow-mode, it stops. Is it okay to run continuously in the snow mode? Somehow, it just doesn't seem right. Exactly what is going on when I run in the snow mode. Am I just taking off in 2nd gear???
