95 LS400 107k miles

I just found out that I need to replace this sensor (as the 1st step) to solving this issue.

I would like to do it myslef. I did a search and found a little info but Im wondering if anybody here with an LS has had this issue. I know it is on the drivers side and I need a special tool for it.

Replace pre-cat 02 sensor on driver side I believe. Bank one and two refer to firing order. So if the first to fire is drivers side then that is bank one.

Rockauto.com has OEM for pretty good prices.

 

Thank you. I'll give it a try, I just hope I can get to it...I was actually told to do it from the bottom?
