That is the second(ary) sensor on the left side (driver side). There's a nice tutorial on http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/EFI/suboxygensensor.html. (He describes doing the right side, so look under the driver seat instead. 
Also, he's doing it on a gen 1 LS, but it seems to be the same as on your '96.)
